He explained that the number of reports of missing persons under the rubble of destroyed buildings or in the roads and who cannot be recovered exceeded 6,000 reports, including more than 4,000 children and women, noting that 201 health personnel, 22 civil defense personnel, and 60 journalists were killed.

He pointed out that 25 hospitals and 52 health centers were out of service, while 55 ambulances were targeted, and dozens were out of service due to running out of fuel.

Meanwhile, the Hamas Ministry of Health reported on Sunday that 41 members of one family were killed in an Israeli strike that targeted their home in a neighborhood in central Gaza City. The ministry published a list of the names of 41 people belonging to the “Malika family,” who were killed in this strike that occurred at dawn in the Zaytoun neighborhood, which witnessed violent confrontations in the morning between Israeli forces and Hamas fighters, according to an Agence France-Presse correspondent, who also referred to air strikes. .

Health officials in Gaza also said that at least 11 Palestinians were killed on Sunday by an Israeli air strike that hit a house in Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip. Palestinian medical and security sources announced that Israeli warplanes launched several raids on a residential square in the Tal al-Zaatar area in the town of Beit Lahia. Which led to dozens of deaths and injuries, most of whom are still under the rubble, according to the German News Agency. According to the sources, the raids destroyed a large number of neighboring homes, while rescue workers and residents of the area are trying to search for survivors under the rubble using primitive means.

In another context, the Palestinian Red Crescent confirmed that ambulance crews were able, (Sunday), in coordination with the World Health Organization and the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), to evacuate 31 premature babies from Al-Shifa Hospital. According to the Red Crescent, premature babies were placed in ambulances. In preparation for their transfer to the Emirates Hospital in Rafah, in the far south of the Gaza Strip.

In the same context, Doctors Without Borders said (Sunday) that one person was killed and another was injured after its convoy was attacked in the Gaza Strip. The organization stated, in a statement, that the convoy was carrying 137 of its employees and their families, noting that the dead and injured were members of the families of its employees, according to the Arab World News Agency.
