Volunteers are ready to join the International Territorial Defense Battalion, which was established in Ukraine at the outbreak of the war.
American volunteers include army veterans who have fought in Iraq and other conflict zones, as well as people with roots in Georgia and Belarus.
In total, more than 16,000 foreign volunteers are already on their way to defend Ukraine.
