Ciamis News, (harapanrakyat.com), – A total of 300 RA or Raudhatul Athfal teachers in Kawali District, Ciamis Regency, West Java attended a workshop to improve the quality of education and education staff, in the Hall of MTs Nurul Huda Margamulya Village, Monday (29/11/2021) .
The head of the organizer, Taopiq Mansur, said that teachers have a very important role in strategies for developing the potential that students must have.
“Teachers are not only required to improve students’ intellectual intelligence, but also have to create good characters for their students,” said Taopiq.

According to him, improving the quality of education in the education unit is an action that must be taken by the education unit.
“So that later the results of the implementation of education are in accordance with the policy directions that have been set,” he explained.
To achieve this, PPKMI held a Workshop for RA teachers in Kawali with the aim of motivating and facilitating teachers to improve their competence.
“So they can innovate, be creative and Islamic,” he said.
He hoped that all participants could absorb what was conveyed by the speakers.
