On Monday morning, a couple in North Carolina in the USA got a bit of a surprise when they entered the living room. There they were met by complete chaos.
“My three-year-old son came downstairs at three o’clock last night and opened EVERYONE’s presents,” writes dad Scott Reintgen on X/Twitter.
The attached picture leaves little doubt that the boy went to work thoroughly: Beyond the floor around the tree is strewn with torn up wrapping paper, while the contents lie around.

– My daughter did this when she was three years old. I woke up to paper tearing and she had opened everything. I caught her in the act and snapped a picture that I will show her when she gets older, chuckles a father of children in the comment section.

– I can’t imagine the intoxication he must have felt while opening the presents, writes a third X user.
The three-year-old’s father says that he and his partner managed to rewrap some of the presents. Now they discuss how to tell the story on the day their son gets married.
