Vaksin Sinovac Saudi Arabia has not approved it as one of the requirements for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims to enter their country after vaccination. Minister of Religion Yaqut Cholil Qoumas said this was because Sinovac had not been certified by the World Health Organization (WHO).
“The vaccine must be certified by WHO. So it has been certified by WHO. Meanwhile, Sinovac has not. If not, that does not mean no,” said Yaqut.
The Sinovac vaccine is not yet on the WHO emergency use list (EUL). There are only three types of Corona vaccines that have been included in the EUL list so far, here is the summary of detik.com on Friday (9/4/2021).
Pfizer Vaccine

WHO ensures the safety of the Corona Pfizer vaccine by considering side effects and efficacy. The efficacy of the Pfizer vaccine in its latest report is 94 percent claimed to prevent asymptomatic or asymptomatic cases.

Two AstraZeneca vaccines

Both versions of the AstraZeneca vaccine were reviewed at SAGE on February 8, and recommendations for vaccine use are provided for all age groups over 18 years of age.
“The AstraZeneca/Oxford product is a viral vector vaccine called ChAdOx1-S [rekombinan]. It is being produced at several manufacturing locations, as well as in the Republic of Korea and India. ChAdOx1-S is known to have an efficacy of 63.09 percent and is suitable for low- and middle-income countries because of its easy storage requirements, “explains WHO.
