As of 11:30 last night, about 370 citizens were tested and a preliminary diagnosis was found. The government sent staff to visit 178 households in the building, of which 25 did not answer the door. By 10 am, the government announced that the enforcement action was over, and no one was found to have failed to conduct mandatory testing.

Quarry Bay Restricted Area (Wai Lee Building, 997 King’s Road, Quarry Bay) completed mandatory testing at about 7:30 this morning. As of 2 a.m., about 860 citizens were tested and 3 cases were initially confirmed. A small number of test results are still to be verified. The government sent staff to visit 443 households and shops in the building, of which 96 did not answer the door. By 10:30 in the morning, the government announced that the enforcement action was over, and no one was found to have failed to conduct mandatory testing.
