WhatsApp is again testing the feature for this popular messaging app. This time, it’s WhatsApp’s turn on the iPhone to get a trial of the send HD or high quality photo feature.
Indeed, WhatsApp presents a series of interesting features that you can use. Most of them are features that make the user experience more exciting when communicating.
Yes, on WhatsApp you can not only exchange messages via text, you can also send photos to share interesting moments around you. The good news is that WhatsApp is testing the send HD photo feature on the iPhone.
That way, you can send photos with the best quality to your friends, family, to those closest to you via WhatsApp. Even so, you can still choose other photo qualities so that you can save internet quota.

Here are three options for sending photos on WhatsApp and their explanations:
- Best quality. You can send photos in high quality. The good news, the photos sent will also be compressed without reducing the quality of the photo. At least it still leaves 80% of the original photo quality. If the photo size is larger than 2048×2048 pixels, it will be resized.
- Data saver. You can choose this option if you want to save internet quota. The photo will be compressed to get a smaller photo size.
- Auto. If you activate this feature, the photos sent will adjust the conditions smartphone You.
Please note, this feature is only available for the Beta version of WhatsApp on iPhone. It is possible that this feature will be available on the official version of WhatsApp in the future.
This feature is available on WhatsApp version 2.21.150.11 iOS beta tester which can be downloaded via TestFlight.
