Not every resident of the Russian Federation knows how to distinguish heart failure by the first non-obvious signs, the SportKP portal reports. An expert in the field of medicine, Nadezhda Chernyshova, told what signs should alert a person.
The doctor called rapid fatigue as the first symptom. It manifests itself in the appearance of poor health after running or climbing stairs. If no symptoms have been observed before, it is worth seeing a specialist. Also, expert Chernyshova noted that swelling of the legs can indicate heart failure. They most often appear in the evening after a long stay in a sitting position.
In addition, the doctor called a sudden cough, which has nothing to do with a cold, as another non-obvious symptom of morbidity. The specialist urges not to ignore these symptoms, the disease can develop into an acute phase that will require hospitalization.
