The 3rd league started the 2024/25 season on Friday! On Sunday (4 August) Dynamo Dresden will play its first game of the new season. The SGD will be playing at FC Viktoria Köln. Kick-off at Sportpark Höhenberg is at 1:30 p.m.
3rd league on Sunday: Dynamo Dresden visits Viktoria Köln
Dynamo Dresden missed out on promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga last season due to a disastrous second half of the season. Now the traditional club is making a new attempt – with a new coach.
The Saxons have been coached since the summer by Thomas Stamm, who worked for SC Freiburg II in recent years. After Markus Anfang missed the chance to return to the lower house, Stamm is now expected to fulfill this mission.
