The fall incident Boeing 737-800 . aircraft owned by China Eastern Airlines in the spotlight. Flight MU5735 carrying 132 people from Kunming to Guangzhou suddenly dived almost perpendicularly.
The plane immediately fell to the ground at an incredible speed and crashed into a slope in the mountainous area of Guangxi, southern China. Plumes of smoke and fire were seen after the incident until the fire devoured the trees in the surrounding area.

132 Victims Declared Dead
Chinese authorities say all passengers on the Boeing 737-800 that crashed into a mountainside in southern China were killed. The news was delivered after days of the search process being carried out.
“All 123 passengers and nine crew of flight MU5735 of China Eastern airline died on board on March 21,” Deputy Director General of China’s Civil Aviation Administration Hu Zhenjiang told AFP.
Dozens of relatives of the victims had been waiting for days as rescue teams combed the heavily forested slopes for the plane’s wreckage. They hope there are signs of survivors from the plane crash.
120 Victims Have Been Successfully Identified
Hu Zhenjiang said that 120 victims had been identified so far. The identification process is carried out by the DNA test method.
“The identities of 120 victims have been determined by DNA identification,” he said.
