Repeatedly records the highest transaction volume value
Towards the close of the first session this afternoon, BUMI jumped 7.19% to the level of Rp. 179 per share. Interestingly, BUMI’s transaction value reached Rp 506 billion, the highest today.
In volume, 3 billion shares changed hands. The frequency that occurs is 29,885 times.
Unsurprisingly, BUMI recorded the highest volume value. Because the number of shares reached 343.84 billion. This number has changed in line with the addition of 200 billion private placement shares.
However, this number is still the second largest number of shares outstanding after PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), 1.18 trillion shares. Even though the number is trillions, GOTO’s transaction value until noon is not included in the list of the 10 highest daily transaction values.
This is not the first time that BUMI shares have achieved the highest daily transaction value. On September 13 yesterday, the transaction value of BUMI’s shares even reached Rp 1.44 trillion.
PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) announced yesterday that the transaction for an additional capital free option (PMTHMETD) or private placement worth $ 1.6 billion has been successfully completed.
With the completion of the transaction, the Bakrie Group and the Salim Group jointly control the company’s shares.
