Jakarta, Selular.ID – In 2021, three smartphone vendors will enliven the homeland laptop industry such as Xiaomi, Infinix and Realme. Infinix is the pioneer of smartphone brands that penetrate the homeland laptop industry by launching its first laptop to Indonesia, the INBook X1 Series in June 2021.
Furthermore, Xiaomi brought a laptop to Indonesia for the first time, namely the RedmiBook 15 on July 22, 2021. Previously, Xiaomi had launched several laptops, but they were not marketed in Indonesia. For your information, Xiaomi first launched a laptop globally in 2016, namely the Mi Notebook.
This week, Realme also brought its first laptop, the Realme Book on August 18, 2021. Even in 2021, Oppo and Vivo are also planning to release their first laptop.

A number of experts say that smartphone vendors are also enlivening the laptop industry in the country because of the high demand for laptops by the Indonesian people during the pandemic from 2020 to 2021. Many Indonesians buy laptops during the pandemic to work and study from home.
Here are the specifications for the first 3 laptops released by smartphone brands in 2021.
1. Infinix INBook X1 Series
Making its debut in Indonesia, Infinix launched its first laptop to Indonesia, the Infinix INBook X1 Series in June 2021. The INBook X1 Series is available in three variants with different processors. The Infinix INBook X1 Pro with an Intel Core i7-1065G7 processor is priced at IDR 10,999,000.
While the INBook X1 offers two different processors, namely the Intel Core i3-1005G1 and Intel Core i5-1035G1. The Core i5 variant is sold at a price of Rp. 8,799,000. While the X1 with Core i3 is sold for Rp. 6,499,000.

These three INBook X1 Series variants have almost the same specifications. The only difference is the processor.
All three carry a stylish design, thin, light, and supported by tough performance. Just like a series of smartphone products, the laptop line also carries Pro specifications at low selling prices.
All INBook X1 Series models have a 14-inch screen, with an IPS panel type with a maximum resolution of Full HD and capable of displaying 100% sRGB color. These three Infinix laptops have dimensions of 32.3cmx21.9cmx1.63cm and weighs only 1.48kg.
The Infinix InBook X1 series uses an SSD with a capacity of 256 or 512GB, of course, depending on each variant. Specifically, the InBook X1 Pro supports dual band WIFI connectivity and IEEE 801.11ax WIFI.
Also included are USB C, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports, HDMI ports, SD Cards, and headset/microphone jacks on the three variants of the Infinix InBook X1 series. The three variants of the Infinix InBook X1 series laptop are available at Infinix official stores online such as Lazada and retail stores.
2. Xiaomi RedmiBook 15
On July 22, 2021, Xiaomi officially brought its first laptop to Indonesia, the RedmiBook 15 at a price of Rp. 5,999,000. RedmiBook 15 carries a modern and minimalist design with a thickness of 19.9 mm and a weight of less than 2 kg. Xiaomi RedmiBook 15 is powered by an 11th generation Intel Core i3 CPU with speeds up to 4.1 Ghz and is claimed to be 2.5 times faster than the previous generation.
To strengthen performance, this laptop is supported by 8GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM and 256GB SATA storage. RedmiBook 15 has a 15.6-inch full HD resolution screen with anti-glare display features and DC Dimming aka flicker-free. There is also a 720p high definition webcam and dual microphones as well as 2W+2W speakers with DTS Audio.

The energy source is supported by a 46Whr capacity battery that can last up to 10 hours and can be recharged via the 65W adapter included in the sales package. Each purchase package includes Windows 10 Home software. The Xiaomi RedmiBook is available exclusively on JD.id e-commerce.
3. Realme Book
Not to be outdone by Xiaomi and Infinix, Realme also released its first laptop in Indonesia, the Realme Book, on August 18, 2021. The Realme Book is already available at Realme official stores such as JD.ID at a price of Rp. 10,999,000.
Realme Book is equipped with a 14-inch screen, 11th Generation Intel Core i5 processor, 2K Full Vison Display, and a super thin design. Carrying a metallic body, the Realme Book has a thickness of only 14.9mm and a light weight of 1.48kg.
The new 11th Gen Intel Core i5 processors offer 26% better single-core performance than before, and 45% better multi-core performance. Helping to improve its performance, this laptop is supported by 8GB and 16GB LPDDR4x RAM and 512GB SSD.

This laptop is supported by a 54Wh battery that can last up to 11 hours of use. Supported by 65W fast charging technology, it can charge a laptop 50% in 30 minutes.
