MF Doom is one of the most controversial artists and musicians in the world of rap. Celebrity at best a legend passed away on October 31, news that until then had remained unknown was revealed by his production house and wife.

ITS ORIGINS AND BEGINNINGS
Metal Face (MF) Doom was born in 1971 in the English capital London, from his real name Daniel Dumile, he started a musical career very early at only 18 years old, alongside his little brother DJ Subroc in the group KMD, under the stage name of Zev Love X, with this stage name, he will release an album with his brother titled “Mr Hood”, and during the preparation of their second album, a car accident will tear off his only brother.
THE REASONS FOR HER MASKED FACE
Following this unfortunate incident, Zev Love X sees the refusal of production of his second album “Black Bastards”, initially planned with his brother. He then disappears from the spotlight and engages with the homeless, whose way of life he has rubbed shoulders with and shared daily life behind the scenes of Manhattan.

At the end of this experience, he resurfaced in 1990 with a new nickname MF Doom and he now wears a mask of a villainous character from Marvel, history not to be qualified by his appearance, but in relation to his works.

MF Doom built up a whole character around his mask, like the artist Maitre Gims and his sunglasses, he never separated from his mask. Moreover, he dared on several occasions to make the liners sing in his place on stage while he was just posing his voice being backstage. A gesture which of course that shocked his fans, but these actions have also contributed to give him exceptional notoriety.
