Brawl in Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta, claimed lives. One person 17 year old boy died hacked by the enemy group,
The brawl took place on Jl Bangka XI, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta on Thursday (19/8) night. The brawl involved two groups of residents on Jl Bangka IX and Jl Bangka XI.
Both groups of residents armed themselves with sharp weapons. Until finally the brawl claimed lives, the new brawl stopped.
A teenager died due to stab wounds. The victim was part of one of the brawl groups.
“The victim died on the way to the hospital after receiving a hit or slash from a sickle,” said South Jakarta Deputy Chief of Police AKBP Agus Rahmanto at a press conference at the South Jakarta Police, Friday (20/8/2021).

Triggered by each other
That brawl triggered by mutual mockery on social media Instagram. They then challenge each other and promise to brawl.
“So there were two Instagrams that were fighting each other a few days before the incident. The forms were mocking and challenging each other which resulted in a few days later, namely on August 19,” said Deputy Chief of the South Jakarta Metro Police AKBP Antonius Agus Rahmanto at a press conference at the South Jakarta Metro Police. , Friday (20/8/2021).
The two groups of residents involved in the brawl were the group of residents of Jalan Bangka XI who used Warkir2019’s Instagram account and the Bangka IX group using the Warmad Instagram account.
“The two groups often mocked each other and challenged each other to fight until this incident occurred. After this incident, Warmad’s Instagram account changed to @angin_berkalu11,” said Antonius.
