Each cup of fresh orange juice generally contains around 124 mg of vitamin C. Orange juice is also a good drink for people with anemia due to folic acid deficiency. Each cup of orange juice is known to contain 74 micrograms of folic acid.

One vegetable that is a source of vitamin A is carrots. Consuming 1 cup of carrot juice per day is said to meet the daily requirement for vitamin A in adults.

Not just carrots, watermelon is also a fruit rich in vitamin A. Consuming watermelon juice every day can help maximize iron absorption in the body.
