Demonic dust itself is an unusual sight on Mars. It is a term to describe whirlwinds that appear and go away very quickly.

The video was shot with 1,054 frames captured by the Mastcam-Z camera right above the Perseverance rover. The X4’s video speed and contrast are improved to show 2 demon dusts at the start of the video and another one passing behind Ingenuity on landing.
The video shows Ingenuity struggling to make a gentle landing as it tries to stay steady in winds as high as 22 mph.

“To withstand this solid landing, Ingenuity is equipped with a comfortable suspension system as shown in this image,” said NASA in the description on its official YouTube.
The bottom half of the ring has a titanium spring that can be bent 17 degrees to provide 3.5 inches of movement to the suspension, while the top is a soft non-alloyed aluminum flexure that acts as a damper or shock absorber.
