Chennai: 3 people died after the roof of a pub collapsed in Alwarpet. It is reported that all those trapped inside the pub have been brought out. One native of Tamil Nadu and two natives of Manipur died.
The accident was near the construction of the Metro underground tunnel. The injured were shifted to hospitals. Police said many people were inside the building as the IPL match was being screened.
