San Pedro del Pinatar (Murcia, Spain), Apr 11 (EFE).- The Brazilian women’s soccer team, with two goals from Gabi Nunes and one from Beatriz Zaneratto and three assists from Adriana Leal, won this Monday 3-1 to that of Hungary in a friendly match played at the Pinatar Arena complex.
The Verdeamarelo team was superior and went on to lead 3-0, although the Hungarians finally closed the gap through Anna Csiki with a converted penalty in the 75th minute.
The players led by Sweden’s Pia Sundhabe came out ready to seal their victory from the start and in the 14th minute they took the lead with the first of Nunes’ goals.
However, it was necessary to wait for the second half for the Brazilians to increase their lead, something they did with the 2-0 that Zaneratto achieved in the 54th minute and then with the third goal, the second in his private account, from Nunes eight later.
In the final stretch, the Hungarians took advantage of some relaxation to score in the only shot between the sticks of Margret Kratz’s.
