The IGS Group is a partner of 2th edition of the 2022 Economic Inclusion Summit, organized by the Mozaïk Foundation for a more inclusive economy. The event takes place this Tuesday 29 November at the Ministry of Economy and Finance in Bercy around the theme “Act with impact”, under the high patronage of Bruno Le Maire.
For 47 years, the IGS Group has been working to build increasingly inclusive pathways, with a dual ambition: to act concretely to develop the employability of all its audiences, especially those who encounter difficulties in terms of professional inclusion, and to rethink pedagogical models for respond to the challenges of businesses and more generally of society.
At this summit, the Group will have the opportunity to demonstrate its commitment and share its expertise in terms of inclusive support through two keynote speeches :
Caroline Costa-Savelli, Integration Director of the IGS Group he will share his feedback during the 17:00 plenary session entitled “Working together for better impact”. He will talk about the success of the social and professional inclusion promoted by the Group through, among other things, two measures:
· The conquest of the possible (IGS Group, winner of the PIC, Skills Investment Plan “100% inclusion” has supported, since 2021, more than 600 NEETs (Not in education, occupation or training) to integrate permanently into professional life with a positive rate of exit from employment and training above 73%.
· The Hand’IGS mission (since 2008, nearly 2,000 people with disabilities have been supported in the success of their professional career),
Florence Bourgeais, Director of Studies, contact person for international mobility will conduct a workshop at 12:30 “I train managers and all employees”, to reflect and discuss how to support inclusive policies in the company.
