banjar news, (harapanrakyat.com),- A total of 295 proof of tickets belonging to traffic violators in the form of STNK and SIM are still piling up in the storage warehouse of the Banjar District Attorney, West Java.

The head of the Banjar District Prosecutor’s Office, Ade Hermawan, through the Kasi. General Crimes Fajar Muttaqien said that the 295 tickets for traffic violators had permanent legal force.

In fact, the decision has been made since two years ago, namely in the second semester of the July-December 2019 period. However, the owners have not taken the ticket evidence.

“There are still 295 ticket proofs in the form of SIM and STNK that have not been taken. It is still stored in the storage warehouse,” Fajar told HR Online, Wednesday (08/12/2021).

In fact, Fajar said, currently the Attorney General’s Office has implemented an online service system in the form of an E-Ticket for the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office. This service is to make it easier for the public to access the payment of ticket fines.

Using the application is also quite easy. Violators only need to enter or input the case register number listed at the bottom of the ticket.

After that, the amount of the fine that must be paid will appear. Payments are also made online, such as Bukalapak or Indomaret,” explained Fajar.

It reminds violators to immediately take evidence of traffic violations in the form of SIM and STNK. Because until now it is still stored in the warehouse of the Banjar District Attorney.

If the owner does not immediately take the goods, then on January 1, 2022, the evidence will be removed (P-49).

“According to the provisions, every violation that goes into two years, we will delete it. But we don’t destroy it. Stored in a warehouse,” explained Fajar. (Muhlisin / R3 / HR-Online / Editor-Eva)
