A 29-year-old man loses his life after being shot in Brooklyn.
The incident reportedly occurred early Saturday morning inside the Vernon Houses housing complex in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
When the emergency services arrived on the scene they found Dawuand Darrien with a gunshot wound to the chest.
So far no arrests have been made in connection with the case and the reasons that led to the shooting are unknown.
