A bone, a tooth and a projectile, probably from the weapon with which the broker Teodora Bahlova was shot, were found in the city sewerage system of Burgas. The place is close to the non-functioning commercial site, where several cans with Bahlova’s remains have been stored for more than 3 months.
The electric saw with which the body of 28-year-old Yumer Mehmed was cut was also found, the prosecutor’s office and the police in Burgas announced at an extraordinary briefing.
The 56-year-old entrepreneur Stanimir Ragevski is accused of both executions. His friend Deyan Dichev-Gotvacha is accused of concealment.
The dismembered body of 46-year-old Teodora Bahlova was immersed in acid to cover up the traces of the murder, with the head at the bottom, sources of “24 Chasa” revealed. Then some of the remains were dumped in the sewers meters from the store, which is located in the city center.

A projectile was found that corresponds to the weapon with which the crime was committed “, revealed the director of the OD of the Ministry of Interior – Burgas, senior commissioner Kaloyan Kaloyanov.
He specified that due to the impact of the corrosive agent in the cans with human remains, it became possible for them to be dumped into the sewer.
The bone found there is most likely by hand. Theodora’s head actually turned into a pithy mass after being left in the acid and was dumped in the sewers.
The torso and legs of the 46-year-old woman were found in late August, buried shallowly in an alley in the Burgas cemetery.
An electric part of a saber saw was found on a mezzanine floor in Deyan Dichev’s apartment. “A tissue was found inside the plastic part of the instrument, which after DNA examination was found to belong to the murdered Yumer Mehmed. Investigators also found a prepaid SIM card with which conversations were held only with the victim Yumer. The card has been active for 3 years. According to the prosecution, all the evidence gathered so far about the murder of the broker Bahlova indicated that it was a property dispute. Hristiana, the daughter of the murdered woman, told 24 Chasa some time ago that, according to her mother, Ragevski owed her three apartments in the resort village. They were built by him and his partner Angel Kostadinov from Burgas, but with the financial support of the broker. Several conversations took place, during which Ragevski kept promising Theodora that he would receive the promised properties.
The two were longtime acquaintances and business partners. On the day of her disappearance, Teodora was visited by Stanimir in the apartment of her elderly mother on Oborishte Street, well-informed people revealed. Theodora was asleep when her boyfriend came. He woke her up and the two had a conversation, after which the woman was visibly angry. A few hours later, after a phone call, she left the apartment and never returned.
A lot of money was behind the murder of 28-year-old Yumer Mehmed from the broken gang of Mityo Ochite. “Although at this stage there are no confessions about the murders, the motives have been clarified for us – promises of compensation that have not been fulfilled,” said Senior Commissioner Kaloyanov.
Ragevski has not given any explanations since his arrest on August 7th. Neither before investigators nor in court during remand cases. He was initially charged with the murder of Yumer, who disappeared on August 4 from his job – a construction site in the city center. A few days later

The sacks were stuffed into cans – in this way the body of the executed Yumer was taken out of an apartment in the Zornitsa residential area in Burgas, owned by Stanimir Ragevski.
Like Humer, Theodora was shot in the head, but nearly a year earlier. According to investigators, she was killed on the day of her disappearance – October 29 last year, in an apartment in Burgas, which is not owned by Stanimir Ragevski, but he had free access to it.
Workers in the two killings are adamant that they were planned in advance. The indictment against Ragevski for the death of Teodora Bahlova is expected to be changed to the most serious possible – premeditated murder, for which the law provides for 20 to 30 years in prison, life imprisonment or life without parole, sources said. 24 hours”.
