Brutal knife attack in Vienna-Floridsdorf.

A 28-year-old woman is said to have seriously injured her aunt with several stab wounds and cuts in her apartment in Vienna-Floridsdorf on Friday.
Since the 28-year-old (Stbg.: Austria), who according to the family suffers from psychological problems, disappeared from the apartment on Friday morning, the family began to search for her. The police had not yet been notified at this point. The woman was found a short time later by family members near the Danube Canal and brought back to her aunt’s apartment in Vienna-Floridsdorf. There she is said to have stabbed her aunt with a pocket knife without saying a word.

Several family members intervened and restrained the 28-year-old. The police officers were alerted and temporarily arrested the woman. The seriously injured victim had to be taken to hospital. It was not yet possible to question the suspects; she was taken to a prison.
