A 28-year-old man from Zeewolde died in an industrial accident. This is confirmed by the police. His lower body got stuck in a machine.
The accident happened in the night from Wednesday to Thursday around 4 a.m. at a plastic recycling company on Nijverheidsweg. Several emergency services were called in.
The Labor Inspectorate is conducting an investigation into the accident.
