A 28-year-old Hispanic will serve 65 years in prison for repeatedly abusing a minor that at the time of the events he was 11 and get her pregnant.
The Collin County District Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday that José Manuel Rodríguez-Aguirre, of Wylie, was found guilty of continuous sexual abuse of a minor.
The investigation against the pervert began when the young woman went to the doctor for a checkup annual physics.
The doctors realized that she showed signs of sexual abuse. and that she was pregnant.
After tests confirmed the pregnancy, the victim confessed to a relative about the abuse.
The person then reported the facts to Child Protection Services. and the Wylie Police Department.
The victim was interviewed by staff from the county Children’s Advocacy Center, where she confirmed that she had been abused.
DNA tests conducted by the University of North Texas Human Identification Center yielded information on the man’s parentage.
Rodríguez-Aguirre knew the minor, but the type of relationship that united them is unknown. Evidence revealed that the man had constant access to the girl.
The sentence of more than three decades in prison does not include the possibility of parole.
