28-Day Return Policy and Instructions for Returning Items

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

To start a return, please raise a request here. Please note that approved returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid EVRi drop-off return shipping label and £2.99 will be deducted from your final refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on any underwear or swimwear due to hygiene reasons. Wetsuits must be returned to us in the original packaging.

We will also not accept returns with writing or stickers on the box. If items received are defaced/damaged then a £5 re-packaging charge will be deducted from the refund.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY REFUND?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

YOU HAVE SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM?

If you have received the incorrect item/order then please contact our customer services team by email or telephone. Please quote your order number, your name and address and details of the product received. We will then provide a pre-paid label for you to return the item back to us.

If you have received a faulty item then please contact our customer services team by email or telephone. Please quote your order number, your name and address and details of the fault. We will then provide a pre-paid label for you to return the item back to us.
