The Internal and External Debt Task Force announced the launch of legal proceedings by the public prosecutor’s office to hold these companies accountable for their actions.

After refusing to appear, the winning companies were summoned to the Public Prosecutor’s Office by the Task Force. Indeed, the Task Force for the control, audit and verification of internal and external debts had chosen the path of discussion by convening the companies benefiting from public contracts. There are a total of 28 companies that refused to comply with the body led by Pierre Duro and “ will be subject to summons by the services of the Public Prosecutor ».

Among these companies we note, the companies Asseh Télécommunication, Bâtiment Développement investment, Calitis, Study firm Ife et Fils, Entreprise Gabon construction et carpentry (EGCM BTP), Equipment plus services, Gabon construction company, Negoce Import, Prince development real estate, OTO Gabon, Excelium, Aelis Voyages, SCI Fanda, Compagnie gabonaise d construction, Gabon Global, Africa Construction, Property management and sales, Service and construction company, DBS Construction, BTP team, Victoire restoration and service, ADR Services, SOGADER, STS BTP, JPB Construction, Gabon soft service and Jinjiang Jiaxing Group.

Summons which should therefore lead to the launch of legal proceedings against these companies which, after having benefited from projects falling within the framework of public contracts, have apparently decided to row against the tide of the will of the Committee for the transition and restoration of institutions (CTRI). A notorious lack of respect against the authorities and the Gabonese people who should face the full rigor of the law. Learn about Gabon Media Time.
