There was an arrest warrant against him. Now the man, who is accused of commercial theft and drug possession, is in custody.
This Friday morning (June 9, 2023), the 27-year-old wanted to report the loss to the federal police station in Freiburg im Breisgau. When the personal details of the German citizen were checked, it turned out that an arrest warrant existed against him. The judicial authorities issued a pre-trial arrest warrant on charges of commercial theft and illegal possession of drugs and the fact that the man was a repeat offender.
During the subsequent search, police officers found drugs. The arrested person was so angry that he verbally abused the officers.
The federal police brought him before the magistrate, who executed the arrest warrant. He was then admitted to the nearest correctional facility. There he awaits his court hearing.
He will also have to answer for another violation of the Narcotics Act and insult.
