27 Russian diplomats will leave the United States on January 30. This, as reported by RIA Novosti, said Russian Ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov.
“Our diplomats are being kicked out. On January 30, 27 people with their families will leave us, and on June 30, a similar number will leave here, ” stated Antonov on the air of the YouTube channel “Nightingale Live”.
Previously Antonov statedthat the American side is delaying the extension of visas or entry permits to the United States for about 100 Russian diplomats.
Also the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova notedthat difficulties remain in relations between Russia and the United States, including the visa problem, but negotiations are underway and there are positive aspects.
