The Cancer Foundation’s research committee has awarded grants totaling SEK 887 million, of which SEK 718 million are for project grants. Of this, SEK 27 million has been awarded to nine, mostly three-year, research projects at Stockholm University. This is the largest total amount given to Stockholm University researchers from the Cancer Foundation. Stockholm University stands well in the competition. Only universities with medical faculties and university hospitals do better.
