The USPlaisance Cyclisme organizes the
‘’Cyclosportive PLAIMONT Jean-Luc GARNIER’’ 26ème Edition
Sunday February 18, 2024
ENGAGEMENTS :
Registrations online or by mail only to preferred. Complete file (license or medical certificate) to avoid any administrative procedures.
Possibility of entries the morning of the event.
The commitment is firm and definitive: No refund will be made (except for last minute Prefectural cancellation).

COURSE: 1 circuit of 90 km with 2 departures
12:30 p.m. (men’s and women’s disabled cycling licensees) 90 km Open 1, 2, 3, J, Access 12 FFC / 1.2 UFOLEP / 1, 2, FSGT 3 (other start categories of your choice),
12:35 p.m. non-licensed, cyclo-athletes, ladies, cadets, disabled sports, licensed FFC Access 3.4 UFOLEP 3 FSGT 3)
PARTICIPATION :
The cyclosportive is open to licensees of all federations, non-licensees and disabled sports (upon presentation of a medical certificate of no contraindication to competitive cycling for less than 1 year), men or women
DEPART :
The start will be given in front of the Foyer Rural de JU-BELLOC (5 km from Plaisance) at 12 p.m. 30 for the first departure and at 12:35 for the second departure.
The frame plates will be collected the morning of the event from 9 a.m.
ASSISTANCE / SECURITY / INSURANCE:
Wearing a hard shell helmet is mandatory throughout the event.
All competitors must scrupulously respect the highway code.
Each competitor must be aware of these regulations which will be displayed when bibs are handed out.
No vehicle outside the organization will be allowed on the course during the course of the event.
Radio assistance (frequency 155.025) will be provided on all routes.
A sweeper truck will close the race at an average of 25 km/h.

USPlaisance Cyclisme has taken out an insurance contract covering its civil liability as well as that of the participants involved for material and bodily damage that they accidentally cause to third parties or cause each other on official circuits and during the duration of the event. ‘test.

Participants will therefore not be able to claim against the organizer for any damage caused to their equipment. Taking out insurance to cover these risks is everyone’s responsibility.
RANKING :
The computerized ranking will be produced by Ste Chrono Start and displayed at the end of the event.

TIMES AND SECURITY:
Competitors entered on the 2 circuits will not have a time barrier.
35 crossroads will be guarded with flaggers + motorcycle stops on certain crossings.
RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT :
In order to respect the environment, competitors are asked not to throw their waste on the road, but to
keep jerseys in their pockets. A collection area will be set up after the arrival area.
