The 25th of the Traditional Naci Talat Carpet Field Moment Football Tournament, which is organized every year by the Republican Turkish Party (CTP) Gonyeli Ocak Organization, started last night at the Gonyeli Sports Club Carpet Field.
CTP Secretary General Asım Akansoy, CTP Nicosia MP, Naci Talat Usar’s daughter Sıla Usar İncirli, other deputies, party executives and AKEL representatives operating in the south of Cyprus attended the event.
The opening match of the tournament, whose opening speeches were made by Sıla Usar İncirli and Asım Akansoy, was performed by the Doğan Turkish Union (DTB) and Küçük Kaymaklı women’s teams.
The tournament continued with the struggles of other teams after the opening match.
