Although in the initial presentation, a few weeks ago, no reference was made to performances in Jódar, now they do appear until four performances, in 3 educational centers from the city. Of the 4 performances, 3 come from previous years, 2,018.
According to him new framework agreement, when dealing with actions below half a million euros, the Deadlines will be reduced from a maximum of four months, it goes to two weeks. So they can be done throughout this summer. Although it will be necessary to be pending if the actions in Jódar are included in that framework agreement.
WORKS IN JÓDAR
In the municipality there are 4 interventions this summer in 3 educational centers, with a total investment of € 252,221.33.
– IES JUAN LÓPEZ MORILLAS:
+ Improvement of training cycle spaces and facilities. From the 2018 Professional Training Action Plan. 52.000,33 euros.
+ Correction of detachments and plasterwork. 62.000 euros, from the 2018 Technical Emergencies.
– ANTONIO MACHADO CHILDREN’S SCHOOL:
+ Repair of toilets and sanitation and partial replacement of roof. 70.000 euros, from Technical Emergencies 2018.
– CEPR MAESTROS ARROQUIA MARTÍNEZ:
+ Elimination of architectural barriers (elevator and ramps), 68.221 euros (from the 2019/2020 Schooling Plan)
Actions in the province
The Ministry executes 70 works in public centers, fifty thanks to a new framework agreement that streamlines procedures. The comprehensive pedagogical reinforcement strategy includes the Summer Plan that has been launched in 21 Jaén centers.
The Territorial Delegation for Education and Sports, through the Andalusian Public Agency for Education (APAE), will undertake works this summer for an amount of 8,738,234.64 in 33 municipalities of the province. In total, there are 70 actions, 48 of them subject to a new works award system that has been launched by the Ministry and that is developed through a framework agreement that will reduce the terms from four months to a maximum of two weeks in works with an amount of less than half a million euros.
Specifically, there are 16 interventions dating back to the 2018 Infrastructure Plan and amounting to 1,700,863.87 euros. Among them, for example, the carrying out of reforms in toilets and sports courts of the CEIP San Vicente Mártir de Mogón, with an investment of 100,000 euros; the remodeling of toilets, patios and sports court at CEIP Francisco Vilches, in Arroyo del Ojanco, with a similar amount, or improvements in the Mirasierra School Residence, in Santiago Pontones, with a budget of 135,000 euros. “All these centers are in rural settings and urgently needed interventions that, despite being announced by the previous Ministry, were never carried out and now, finally, they will be a reality in just one month”, Subtle explains. Also noteworthy is the comprehensive adaptation of the San Pedro de Alcaudete Primary Education Center, with an amount of almost 200,000 euros.
Also to 2018, but in the Vocational Training section, actions in the Cazorla institutes go back, with almost half a million euros budgeted, the IES Antonio de Mendoza de Alcalá la Real, the IES Jabalcuz, in the capital, the IES Himilce , in Linares, San Felipe Neri, Martos, Almicerán, Peal de Becerro, Guadalentín, Pozo Alcón, IES Cañada de las Fuentes, in Quesada, or IES Santo Reino, in Torredonjimeno.
On the other hand, in the Technical Emergencies section of the same year, 9 interventions are included for a value of one million euros. Among them, the Casa de las Torres de Úbeda School of Art, with more than 200,000 euros. This summer also concludes the intervention in the IES Sierra de las Villas de Villacarrillo, which dates back to 2017, with 1,850,000 euros.
Along with these interventions, others will be carried out in Andújar, Arjona, Arjonilla, Arroyo del Ojanco, Beas de Segura, Carboneros, Iznatoraf, Jódar, La Puerta de Segura, Larva, Linares, Los Villares, Navas de San Juan, Pozo Alcón, Rus, Sabiote, Santiago Pontones, Torredelcampo, Torreperogil, Úbeda, Villanueva de la Reina, Villatorres, Vilches and in various centers of Jaén capital.
