A total amount of 250,000 euros will be allocated by the Ministry of Health for “advice to support the NSPR staff structure” as provided for in a decision signed by Adonis Georgiadis on Monday, September 2.
At a time when Adonis Georgiadis is dismantling the National Health System and at the same time has an opinion on every issue that concerns the current situation, he is looking for advice at EDEPYPY.
In particular, a tender was approved for the assignment of a project entitled: “Services of a Support Consultant for the NSRF Staff Structure of the Ministry of Health within the framework of its responsibilities”. According to the relevant document, revealed by avgi.gr, the “budgeted value of the project amounts to two hundred one thousand six hundred twelve euros and ninety cents (€201,612.90), not including VAT. 24% of a sum of forty-eight thousand three hundred and eighty-seven euros and ten cents (€48,387.10), i.e. a total budgeted expenditure of two hundred and fifty thousand euros (€250,000.00), including VAT. 24% of other legal deductions”.
As mentioned in the relevant decision, the award criterion is the “most economically advantageous offer based on the best quality-price ratio”, while the total duration of the consultations is set at three years.
The project will be covered by the Technical Assistance Action Program-Subprogramme A’ Expenditure Category B.3. “Consultant Services” and Sub-project 3 entitled “Advisor for the Support of the Ministry of Health’s NSPR Staff Structure in the context of its responsibilities”, in the Act “Technical Support of the Ministry of Health’s NSPR Staff Structure (EDEYPY)” as a beneficiary in the management and implementation of interventions of Program “Human Resources & Social Cohesion 2021-2027” (OPS code 6005010), with code number 2023ΣΕ69170000 and SA E6917 in the PDE.
The EDEPY, as it notes on its website, “is tasked with supporting the relevant Ministry of Health and the bodies supervised by it in identifying, prioritizing and specializing the needs in the areas of political responsibility of the Ministry, as well as strengthening their administrative capacity in in relation to the NSRF Programs 2021-2027”.
The head of EDEPY is Acheimastos Anastasios, a name we find in lists of ND party officials in recent years.
