TURNAU. ST. LORENZEN. Vienna has Karlsplatz, Prague has Wenceslas Square. The Bründlweg am Pogusch has a place that corresponds to that Karl Wenzel “heard” alone. There was a beer tasting at this Karlsplatz as part of the 25th anniversary celebrations on September 25th. The makers of the are also there “Miaztoi Bräus”, Georg Grassegger and Helmut Sonnbichler. “I always said that I would like to build a viewing point here at this place with a clear view of the Hochschwab. Until Bründlweg gave me this place,” says Bründlweg unique Karl Wenzel.
They did the music “Obersteirer”: The duo Georg Tauder and Manfred Brunnsteiner played this for the first time Bründlweg-Lieddancing interpreted by Roßecker traditional costume club around Thomas Lang. “What no one knows: The Bründlweg song has long been a hit in America, Arnie himself told me that,” said Karl Wenzel during his “celebratory speech” with a wink – that’s how people know him.
The weather gods realized that the many prayers that Charles sent to heaven all morning must have been fruitful. “It wasn’t until 12 p.m. that we decided to go through with the festival, and at 2 p.m. sharp the sun came through.” – Wenzel Karl has to be a brave!
