Mikael Corcessin-Dervin has been appearing at the assizes in Lyon since Tuesday, accused of having killed Aline Sepret, his ex-companion from Jura, a 35-year-old dancer, and of having burned her body, on June 16, 2018 in Taluyers ( Rhône), south of Lyon.
Five years of socio-judicial follow-up
The court delivered its verdict in the early evening. He was sentenced to 25 years of criminal imprisonment, accompanied by 5 years of socio-judicial follow-up. The premeditation was retained: he is condemned for assassination.
The Advocate General had requested a life sentence with 22 years of security.
