Snap snap snap snap snap 🎶
Only recently have I discovered that my favorite radio shows, which I listened to as a child before bed, can also be found on Spotify. This put me in a weird whirlwind of nostalgia and I thought about what things and memories I still associate with my childhood. Now, of course, I’d also be interested to know if these feelings are activated only in me or maybe also in you.
1. Felix – A rabbit around the world
“Once again I look forward to your letter, I am once again looking forward to your adventures. Where did you fly, what did you experience? Thanks to you I discovered that the earth rotates.” 🎶
2. Fused Beads
The ones with glitter were especially beautiful. 😍
3. Bagulosomew
I’ll never forget the episode (or was it a movie?) where Bagolomiew was kidnapped. My son, I was really rooting for this. 😣
4. Water puzzle
Let’s be honest, hardly anyone had the patience for that… or you?
5. LEGOs
I’ve always wanted to have female lego figures. Long hair, it doesn’t matter. 💁 ♀️
6. Introduction to Disney DVD
I get really nostalgic even today. DISNEY brings back the old intro!!! Streaming services don’t always do us any favors…
7. Tamagotchi
Sometimes I’ve played it for weeks and sometimes not for several months… but our Tamagotchi never died. Very different from my new pet, a cactus. It just died on me last month. 😰
8. Center shock
The really hard ones didn’t bite, but let the core shock melt in their mouths.
9. Artistic attack
Who else remembers the talking sculpture? And has anyone really ever had white craft glue at home?
10. Rubber cigarettes
It made you feel really cool on the playground. 😎
11. 1000 Danger Books
Indiana Jones whooo? The real adventure was lived with the 1000 danger books.
12. Momo and the gray gentlemen
I can’t believe “Momo and the Gray Gentlemen” was a KIDS series. It’s really deep, even now as an adult :r.
13. Playmobil
Playmobil was never enough and there were always discussions between those who preferred to play with Playmobil and those who loved Lego more.
14. Heaven and hell game
Favorite activity in class…after paying attention in class of course. 🤪
15. Dr. Oetker Advertising
These or the powdered sugar commercial were DIFFERENTLY good. So who is on Dr. Oetker’s marketing team, hats off. I still remember those commercials years later.
16. The magical tree house
For the REAL fans among you: there are some of ‘The Magic Tree House’ books on Spotify as audiobooks. Thank me later. 😉
17. Laura Stern
This song is just a real banger: “Laura’s star in the sky. Bright and clear, bright and clear, Laura’s star is always there. Laura’s star, Laura’s star, Laura’s star, ti love so much.”
18. Fruchtzwerge ice cream
All time and forever favorite ice cream. 🫶
19. Wavy board
Skateboard? I only know the wave board! This made you even cooler than those who endured central shocks.
20. Scoubidou tapes
And now I’m going to awaken a very specific memory. You have a Scoubidou band on your wrist and you want to take it off, but it’s too tight. Your fingers won’t help, so you use your teeth. Can you still remember the flavor?
21. The crazy maze
Ravensburger advertising >>>>
22. Silly Bandz
And then you traded these ribbons with your friends and kept going to some toy store to find new packs!
23. Schnappi, the little crocodile
“I’m Schnappi the little crocodile, I’m from Egypt, it’s right on the Nile. First I laid an egg, then sni sna snapped free. SCHNI SCHNA SCHNAPPI SCHNAPPI SCHNAPPI SCHNAPP. 🐊
24. Diddl
The scented sheets were premium. 😮 💨 There were real barter deals!
25. Horses foals
Great, now I have another catchy tune from this song. 😫
And what memories do you associate with your childhood? Please let me know in the comments.
