So that the number of tuberculosis patients can continue to be suppressed, because tuberculosis can be prevented and cured through intensive treatment for the sick.
“Tuberculosis can be prevented by adopting a healthy lifestyle, not smoking, getting enough rest, eating nutritious foods and exercising regularly,” he said.
He added, although the spread of tuberculosis-causing bacteria is more massive than the spread of the Covid-19 virus. However, the public must not be too anxious and worried if a family member suffers from tuberculosis. “Because tuberculosis can be cured by taking medications regularly and being disciplined in taking the medications given by the doctor,” she said.
