“24 hours without Internet connection”
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRACTICE
The practice is to spend 24 hours without connecting to the Internet and analyze the experience.
The analysis is done from two perspectives: personal experience and implications
practices.
To do this, the student chooses the day he/she prefers and spends 24 hours without connecting to
Internet. This includes social media, television, mobile applications (including those on
messaging), email and virtual classroom, etc., anywhere
find.
The analysis of personal experience includes the feelings and thoughts of the
person, the difficulty in carrying out activities (leisure, study, search for
information…) and any element that is considered relevant.
– You have to keep a record of important events or moments throughout
of the 24 hours that it is disconnected (at least 3 must be recorded
moments: at the beginning of the disconnection period, in the middle and before
end the disconnection period).

– It would be interesting if you applied an anxiety test before and after
the experience. They will serve to visualize the effect on the mood of the
connection/disconnection.
To analyze the practical implications, a brief reasoned reflection would be good.
