23rd edition of the Talents Des Cités competition – 7 business creators from the Priority Districts of Urban Policy received the national prize at the Élysée in the presence of the President of the Republic and the Minister of Housing and Urban Renewal
Paris, November 28, 2024 – This year, as part of the Entrepreneurship Neighborhoods 2030 program, the Talents des Cités competition led by Bpifrance in partnership with the State, Banque Des Territoires, Radio France, France Télévision and France Travail, awarded 7 aspiring and active entrepreneurs from or established in the Priority Neighborhoods of the City Policy (QPV).
In 2024, nearly 700 active entrepreneurs applied and 28 of them were rewarded at the regional level.
Since its creation, the Talents des Cités competition has rewarded more than 750 entrepreneurs from Priority Neighborhoods of the City Policy.

Each year, it highlights inspiring initiatives and offers valuable support to active and aspiring entrepreneurs, thus strengthening the attractiveness and entrepreneurial potential of these neighborhoods. The 7 national winners were revealed yesterday, by Valérie Letard, Minister of Housing and Urban Renewal, Éric Lombard Director General of Banque des Territoires, Nicolas Dufourcq, Director General of Bpifrance, Delphine Ernotte President Director General of France Télévisions, Sybil Veil President Director General of Radio France, Aymeric Morin representing France Travail, in the presence of the Club XXIè siècle, BGE and all the support networks of the CAP Crea collective. The Coup de Cœur Prize, awarded by the previous Coup de Cœur of the 2023 edition, Hicham Ousseni de Kunto, was presented by the President of the French Republic.
