Six Swedes were drafted in the first round but on Saturday but when day two started with rounds 2-7 it was more sparse among the blue and yellow talents.
Calgary Flames chose Modo forward William Strömgren in 45th place and he was the only Swede in the second round.

Simon Robertsson (Skellefteå) and Anton Olsson (Malmö) had to wait until the third round before their names were called out.
Oliver Johansson (Timrå) became the third and last Swede to be chosen in the third round.
In total, 23 Swedish players were selected in the NHL draft in 2021 and this is the lowest Swedish listing since 2015 when 20 blue and yellow talents were selected in the draft.
