23 parties and 11 coalitions have submitted documents for participation in the upcoming two-in-one elections on June 9 for people’s representatives and members of the European Parliament. This was announced by the Central Election Commission. The deadline for submissions is 5pm today.
All those who submitted their documents on time will be registered by the CEC under the conditions of the so-called “unfinished check”.
The General Directorate of GRAO in MRRB will check the lists presented by the parties and coalitions until April 27.
The CEC will decide on deletion if there is a formation with an incorrect signature.
From Thursday, the CEC will accept documents for the registration of the initiative committees for the nomination of independent candidates for members of the European Parliament. One initiative committee has already submitted its documentation ahead of schedule.
From tomorrow, the registration of candidate lists in the CEC of the parties and coalitions for participation in the elections for MEPs begins.
The lists for the National Assembly elections are submitted to the regional election commissions. The deadline for registration of candidate lists for both types of elections is until 17:00 on May 7.
