Will you as Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) Litigation & Arbitration Team member of our office in Munich.
Your tasks
- As a lawyer (m/f/d) Litigation & Arbitration, you will represent national and international companies in commercial disputes and work together with your colleagues from the areas of corporate/M&A, directors’ liability, banking and capital market law, plant construction, insolvency and insurance law
- Her field of work includes the forensic processing and legal assessment of complex issues, litigation risk analyses, negotiation strategies for out-of-court dispute resolution or procedural enforcement of rights both before state courts and arbitration institutions or in ad-hoc arbitration proceedings
- International proceedings (Cross Border Litigation/Class Actions) are another important part of your work
your profile
- Above-average exams
- 2-5 years of professional experience – preferably in the field of litigation & arbitration
- Business fluent English – ideally demonstrated by a stay abroad
- Commitment, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
