The police arrested a 22-year-old pickpocket from Den Helder in the city center of Groningen on Saturday morning. “The man had a stolen debit card, tools, binoculars, video camera and a navigation system in his clothing,” says Team Chief Gerard de Jonge on Twitter.
The police are working to get the goods back to a declarant.
