On “Captain Petko Voivoda” Street to No. 32, in the direction of “Trakieets” Street, Bajryam was cornered by patrol teams
22-year-old Bajryam Shahpazov from the Kumluka district of Burgas received a suspended sentence for driving after using narcotic substances, Flagman.bg’s check with the arrays of the District Court showed.
Bajryam was caught behind the wheel of his Seat car in a drunken state. At the end of January this year patrol teams of the Fourth RU waited for him in the residential complex “Meden Rudnik” along “Captain Petko voivoda” street to No. 32 in the direction of “Trakieets” street. The cops acted on a tip that the young man had used drugs. During the inspection, Bayryam actually behaved inappropriately and the police tested him with a drager, and the device lit up for the presence of methamphetamine.
Bajryam Shahpazov has admitted his guilt before the court and his defense attorney has entered into an agreement with the prosecutor’s office. Thus, the Burgazlia handed down a conditional sentence of 4 months with a probationary period of 3 years. As well as a fine of BGN 250.
Burgazliata was also deprived of his driver’s license for 7 months, the agreement also states.
