If guests were to visit New York restaurants three times a day, i.e. for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they would have seen every restaurant in the metropolis in seven and a half years.

An entire street has even been named Freßgass in reference to many food-related restaurants and shops.
As statistics collected from various online portals show, the density of restaurants in no other major German city is as high as in the metropolis on the Main. In terms of the number of restaurants, Frankfurt came fourth in Germany in 2022, according to data from the food provider “HelloFresh”, with 2,404 restaurants.
Accordingly, you can go to a restaurant in Frankfurt every day for around 6.6 years without having to visit one twice.
