The claim that with 10 percent of the votes of a “sovereign” you can impose a majoritarian electoral system, one lev subsidy for the parties and a cabinet in your own image and likeness is a clear formula for anti-democratic power.
What ITN announced practically preserves and even deepens the GERB-DPS model – a further reduction of the 10 percent corporate tax, this time through start-up companies; policy of zero budget deficit contrary to the requirements for decisive anti-crisis policies /where is the BSP here – the position for an alternative budget?/; half-hearted messages at best regarding the economy, health care, education…
All this – against the background of a drastic increase in all bills, in the prices of products from the small consumer basket, along with the intention of a new rewrite of the Recovery Plan / Bulgaria remained the only one with an unimported plan, apart from the Netherlands, which can afford it by contrast from us, while other countries are already receiving the first sums/! Processes that promise to inevitably escalate to the point of crisis boiling in just a month or two!
With its next act of uncomplaining obedience to the dictates of the leadership, this National Council turns the BSP into a direct accomplice with its double responsibility for the realization of this cynical campaign of ITN/backstage against the vital interests of the people and against the foundations of the democratic, legal and social state! The decision condemns the party to a final collapse and the remaining trust in the BSP as the bearer of the left!
