It is the third loan deal for the 21-year-old midfielder, who joined YB from Southampton in the summer of 2021. In the second half of 2022 he played for St. Gallen, last season he played for FC Thun in the Challenge League. Jankewitz only made 13 appearances for the newly crowned double winner.
The Vaud native was not nominated for the upcoming European Championships by U21 national coach Patrick Framework.
