CONAKRY- The Syli National Féminin dominated (8-0) Mauritius this Thursday, September 21, 2023 at the General Lansana Conté stadium in the first leg of the first round of the qualifiers for the Women’s CAN Morocco 2024. A match without worries for the Guineans facing to their audience.
Nency Kourouma (9′, 75′), Maman Sata Fancinandouno (40′, 66′), Mamet Camara (54′), Suzanne Daniel Lamah (59′), Aminata Camara (77′) and Nana Camara (90′) are the scorers during this big victory for Syli Dames. The return match is scheduled for September 26, 2023 in Port-Louis, capital of Mauritius and barring a cataclysm, Guinea is very well on its way to passing this milestone. Despite the lack of competitions dedicated to women’s football in Guinea, the girls are trying as best they can to get by and raise high this discipline which has been completely forgotten by Guinean leaders.
