“The soul of our city, more than in the places and buildings, is found in the state of mind of the people who populate it”. It is in these terms that Cédric Van Styvendael introduced his wishes for 2024, addressing all Villeurbannais, Thursday January 18 in the Raphaël-de-Barros room.
After the mayor’s speech, the video of which you can find below, the more than 1,300 participants were able to attend the poetic show Proud on Horseback, from the company of Quidams who then wandered around the room, and enjoyed a buffet prepared by the municipal catering teams. The evening ended with the dancing sounds of DJ Zgelt, who performed live.
